We take the time to get to know you and the unique qualities and abilities you bring to the family. We value our candidates and will do everything in our power to help you get the job you want, by giving you interview tips, using your resume to showcase your talents, so that who you are really shines through!
We value your time by only sending you to jobs you’re qualified for, and that make sense for you. And when we send you on a job, it will be a clear job description because we’ve hammered out the details with our client. We’ll give you feedback after each interview, thereby increasing your chances for success.
We’ll hold your hand throughout the process answering any and all questions. When you’re in a job you love, you’ll stay long term, and our clients will be happy, continue to give us their repeat business, and tell their friends about us. If you have extensive long term professional experience, and great references, we can find you a position with one of our loyal clients.
Our Commitment to you

We continue our relationship with you via monthly newsletters with industry related updates, tips, craft ideas, networking opportunities, picnics, dinners, training events, and we touch base quarterly with you and your family. We encourage monthly one on one meetings between you and your employer, semiannual and annual performance reviews, and we’re always here for you for questions or advice. Our goal is for you to thrive in your new position!
