Jenny is a childcare and staffing expert with over 25 years of experience in the industry. A mother of two boys, she understands the importance of finding the right employee - someone who not only exceeds expectations but also becomes an integral part of the household.
Her BA in Elementary Education, and a Minor in Family Studies, from the University of Arizona, are the foundation for her career supporting families and job seekers. She spent a decade as a career nanny and household manager before transitioning into staffing, where she’s been successfully placing exceptional professionals for 15+ years!
Her expertise, combined with her personal experience, gives her insight that’s unmatched.

Meet Brittany Johnson - Placement Director
With over 15 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, and networking, Brittany is a dedicated leader who brings a positive, can-do attitude to every placement. She is committed to going the extra mile ensuring successful matches.
A graduate of Colorado State with a BA in Communication Studies, Brittany began her career as a recruiter before transitioning into household staffing in 2014. Since then, she has helped countless nannies and household professionals find fulfilling positions with wonderful families.
When she’s not connecting top talent with great families in Arizona and Colorado, Brittany enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband and their two beloved Yorkies.

Meet Hershey Berbo - Placement Assistant
As a Placement Assistant at Caring Nannies, Hershey is dedicated to supporting candidates and recruiting top-tier nannies and household staff for exceptional families in Arizona. With a background in customer service, tech support, and client care, she spent several years working with startups before discovering her passion for recruiting.
Since then, she has honed her skills in talent acquisition, helping professional nannies and household staff find fulfilling careers. She joined our team in 2023, bringing her results-driven mindset, positivity, and commitment to connecting to our local candidates.
Outside of work, Hersh loves spending time with her husband, two wonderful children and extended family.
