As moms ourselves, we’ve designed our rigorous screening process to ensures only the most qualified, reliable and dedicated candidates are presented to your family.

    Candidates must have 2-10+ years of verifiable, professional experience in their field.

  • Professional Interview

    We thoroughly vet candidates in-depth one-on-one behavior-based interviews.

  • Work History Review

    A detailed evaluation of previous roles and responsibilities to determine skill-set.

  • Reference Checks

    Employers are contacted to verify experience, performance and suitability for placement.

  • Certifications Verified

    CPR, First Aid, and any professional licenses are confirmed prior to placement.

  • Legal Documentation

    Eligibility to work in the U.S. is carefully validated prior to moving forward with a candidate.

  • Needs Assessment

    We carefully assess the personality, needs, and preferences of both parties.

  • Background Check

    Comprehensive check of criminal records, social security trace, and sex offender registry etc.

  • Driving Record Check

    We run a detailed motor vehicle report to ensure a safe driving history prior to placement.

  • Customized Screening

    Upon request, we may run tailored checks for any additional requirements your family may need.

  • Trail Period Support

    We facilitate trial periods, upon request, to ensure the perfect fit between you and your new employee.

    Start your search by submitting the Caring Nannies Family Application. Once received, one of our experienced placement specialists will reach out to schedule our in-depth client consultation.

  • Step 2: Connect

    During our consultation, we’ll learn more about your requirements and needs, address any questions about the hiring process, and provide guidance on all things household staffing. Then, we'll start sourcing and screening potential candidates for you ASAP!

  • Step 3: Interview

    Our team will hand-pick the top candidates for your position based on your criteria. You’ll receive their professional resumes and references, then simply schedule interviews with your preferred options. Most clients meet 2-3 candidates and hire.

  • Step 4: Hire

    After you’ve found the perfect fit, we’ll assist in crafting a competitive offer, run the candidate’s full background checks, and provide the necessary tools and resources for taxes, payroll, and more.
