Temporary & Resort Nannies
Whether you’re enjoying a stay at a local hotel or resort, need an extra set of hands for the day, or want a trusted sitter for weekly date nights, AZ Sitters & Events® experienced babysitters and temporary nannies are here to help.
These vetted professionals are available for one-time or recurring care, bringing creativity, reliability, and a sense of calm to your busy schedule. From playful afternoons to bedtime routines, we’ll ensure your children are well cared for while you relax and recharge.
Temporary & Resort Nanny Fees:
Our temporary and resort nannies make $20-$25 per hour (BOE).
Clients are charged a $40 booking fee per day, per nanny ($50 booking fee for less than 24 hour notice).
All temporary care sessions must be a 4 hour minimum.
Event Care Nannies
When you’re planning a wedding, conference, or celebration, we know your priority is to create a stress-free, enjoyable experience for all your guests. AZ Sitters & Events® specializes in on-site childcare services that take the guesswork out of entertaining children ages 0-14. Our team brings everything needed—activities, crafts, games, and plenty of energy—to transform a room into a kid-friendly zone filled with fun and laughter. Let us help you make your event truly unforgettable.
Suggested Ratios for Event Care: These are not fixed ratios, but helpful estimates for planning.
Infants to 18 months One nanny for 2 infants (2:1 ratio)
1.5 to 3 years One nanny for 3 toddlers (3:1 ratio)
3 to 5 years One nanny for four or five children (5:1 ratio)
6 to 14 years One nanny per six to eight children
Event Care Fees: We customize our service for your event. Contact us to discuss your event and receive a personalized event care estimate.
$180 per nanny used at event for up to 4 hours
$45 per each additional hour, per nanny
4 hour minimum required
Activities available for an additional fee ($5 per child)
$150 Event fee
In addition to staffing nannies, age appropriate toys, crafts and activities can be added for an extra fee.
For events requiring more than three nannies, we supply a supervising nanny.

How to Hire Temporary Childcare

Fill out the Temporary Family Application.
A Placement Counselor from AZ Sitters & Events®, will call you promptly or you may contact us at 480-352-1350 .
The Temp Family Contract from will be emailed to you and must be signed and submitted electronically.
A placement counselor will contact you upon receipt to gather all the important information needed to ensure a great fit and secure the childcare you need.
Upon staffing, a temporary nanny will call you to confirm the sitting as well as the date, time location and any pertinent information she will need, such as gate codes, room #, etc. Your nanny will arrive with a “bag of tricks” to engage your children with.
