Position Highlights:
Location: Scottsdale, near Scottsdale Rd. and Thomas Rd.
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family is guaranteeing 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility for an additional date night every other Friday evening would be appreciated.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: Longterm commitment of 1 year+

About the Children:
Care will focus on the care of one happy, healthy baby girl who will be approximately 3 months old when the nanny starts. She is currently doing well with a consistent routine and her parents describe her as easygoing baby who is generally content.
At the start of the position, days will primarily center around developmentally appropriate infant care, feeding, naps, play, tummy time and stroller walks when the weather permits.
About the Family:
Both parents are sales professionals who primarily work from home, with regular local meetings that take them in and out during the day.
The family values consistency and a predictable routine, particularly when it comes to their daughter’s day. They’re also collaborative and receptive to input from an experienced nanny. They hope to build a true team relationship with someone who can confidently offer ideas and guidance as their daughter grows.

Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties are requested, including feeding and bottle care, diapering, naps, age-appropriate play, tummy time, baby laundry and keeping the nursery and baby spaces tidy and organized. During downtime, the family would appreciate light household support, including occasional family laundry, dishes, grocery runs, and keeping the main living areas picked up.
Outings will be limited while the baby is young, with nearby stroller walks encouraged when weather permits. The family plans to introduce more activities and outings as she gets older.

Candidate Qualifications:

Have 2-3+ years of professional nanny experience with newborns and young toddlers.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
Proficient in English. Bilingual a plus!
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of professional nanny experience, with strong hands-on newborn and infant care.
Candidates should be confident with feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones and the changing needs of a baby throughout the first year. They should be comfortable working with parents who have home offices, yet independently managing the baby’s day.
An active personality and interest in sports would be a great fit. A college degree is a plus, but not required.
The family is seeking someone outgoing, personable and professional who values structure while remaining flexible and collaborative. A nanny who communicates well and is comfortable sharing age-appropriate ideas and guidance will be a strong match.y.
Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering an hourly rate of $25-$30/hr.
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This is a long-term position with all standard benefits: 2 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid sick days, and a family vehicle will be provided for driving on the job.
