Location: 56th and Greenway
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: Longterm commitment of 1 year+

About the Children:
Their oldest son is 4. He’s very energetic, silly, and is in preschool from 9-3.
Their sweet middle child is 2 and he is into dinosaurs and basketball and attends preschool from 9-3.
The family welcomed their 3rd happy and healthy baby boy in March and he will be 3 months old during time of care.
About the Family:
They have a very casual atmosphere in their home and they are seeking a career nanny to become a member of their family and an extension of the parents.
Dual working parents with hybrid schedules.
This is a very kind, generous, easy going family. Mom travels often to Indiana to care for her ill mother so flexibility is needed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties will be requested including total and complete childcare and baby-focused tasks.
Primary care is for the infant while the older 2 boys are in school from 9-3.
Light housekeeping and general tidying up will be needed, including baby laundry, onling grocery shopping, and help with school drop off and pick up.
Travel Requirements:
No travel required.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:
2+ years of professional nanny experience with newborns, toddlers, and preschoolers outside of friends and family.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
Proficient in English. Bilingual a plus!
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
Have all standard vaccinations.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
Have a minimum of 2-5+ years of applicable, professional experience with newborns, toddlers, and preschoolers —verifiable with references.
Must be flexible, especially when Mom travels.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced career nanny who is extremely reliable, timely, and can follow instructions. They are also looking for an extension of the parents who is proactive in keeping their busy household running smoothly.
Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering an hourly rate of $25-$30/hr.

This is a long-term positon with all standard benefits: 2 weeks of PTo, paid holidays, paid sick days, and a family vehicle will be provided for driving on the job.
