Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM. The family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week with 5 hours of overtime. Flexibility is needed and exact schedule will be given in advance.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
This role entails total and complete childcare duties and baby-focused tasks.
Standard nanny duties ensuring the home runs smoothly while the parents balance demanding careers.
Light housekeeping and general tidying up will be needed, light meal prep, laundry, light errands, and general home organization.
Travel Requirements:
The ability to travel is required for the position for long weekend trips domestically and 1-2 week long trips internationally with advanced notice.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:
Have a minimum of 2+ years of applicable, professional experience verifiable with references.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.
Proficient in English. Bilingual a plus!
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
5 years of childcare experience with infants.
Previous experience as a nanny with dual-working parents.
Must be a strong swimmer.
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, engaging, a great communicator, a team partner, an extension of the parents and a nanny who is ideally seeking a longterm positon for 3-5 years.
Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30 - $35/hr+. Based on the guaranteed hours and overtime, this equates to an annualized compensation of $74,100 - $86,450 per year (gross).
