Newborn Care Specialist Needed 7 Nights/Week

Position Highlights:
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family can be flexible but is hoping for 7 nights a week, 12 hour shifts from 8-8 or 9-9.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: Minimum of a 12+ week contract.

About the Children:
The family’s first baby boy is due at the end of February 2026.
Mom is being induced so an exact date will be set as due date approaches.
The NCS will start as soon as baby boy arrives.
About the Family:
Dual working parents with private office spaces.
The parents have demanding careers as business owners but deeply appreciate the night support and plan to hire a full-time day nanny as well.
About the Pets:
There are no pets in the home.
Additional Notes:
They have a ranch-style home and the nursery is on the same level as master bedroom.
The nursery will have a lounger for the NCS and the guest room is right next to the nursery.
The NCS will also have use of the guest room and bathroom so she is totally comfortable,
Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
All standard NCS duties will be requested.
Mom plans to nurse the baby, but the NCS may be asked to bottle feed baby at night so she can get some sleep.
Light housekeeping and general tidying up will be needed during the night, including cleaning and putting away bottles, stocking the nursery, emptying the nursery trash etc.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:
Certified Newborn Care Specialist with strong experience.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
Have a minimum of 3-5+ years of applicable, professional Newborn Care Specialist and/or Night Nanny experience verifiable with references.
Strong references from former NCS clients.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced NCS who is extremely reliable, timely, and can follow instructions. They are also looking for a patient expert who isn't afraid to voice what has worked well for them/babies in their previous experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering an hourly rate of $40-$45/hr+ based on experience.
