Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This lovely family is seeking full-time and will guarantee 40 hours/week. They are open to Monday through Thursday (Fridays off) 7:00a - 5:00p, or Monday through Friday, from 8:00a-4:00p or 9:00a-5:00p.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position.

About the Children:
This warm, busy family of eight is seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Assistant to support our household and provide loving care for their children.
The children are ages 11, 10, 7, 5, 3, and almost 1 years old.
Mom homeschools the older children, so this role will primarily focus on caring for our younger ones: ages 3 and 1, and supporting the family’s day-to-day rhythm.
About the Family:
This returning Caring Nannies’ family has had a great relationship with their last nanny/FA, and are eager to hire someone equally as talented.
Family also employs a housekeeper and someone who prepares meals, so this role is strictly child-related and family-assisting.
Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
This role is a mix of childcare and light household management when the older children are in school full-time. Family needs support with light child-related housekeeping and general tidying up, as well as preparing meals for the kids, children’s laundry, occasional loads of family laundry, errands, and general home organization.
Assist with school runs, errands, and driving older children to activities when needed.
Help with child-related organization and routines (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, etc.)
During the summer when the family travels to Nebraska, and they will request their Family Assistant remain at the home to watch the house, feed chickens, water plants, and provide general oversight. All guaranteed hours will be provided.
Travel Requirements:
The ability to travel is requested but not required for the position. The family takes short trips typically once a quarter, and would love someone to occasionally accompany them.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish to be considered for this position, as well as proficient in English. Mom is bilingual and prefers a Family Assistant who is also.
Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable, professional nanny/family assistant experience verifiable with references.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
5 year of childcare experience with infants, toddlers and school-age children.
Previous experience as a nanny.
Must have experience working with 3 children at a time.
Must be able to swim and run after a toddler.

Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross).
