Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30AM - 5PM. The family is happy to guarantee 28.5 hours a week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position of 6 months - longer if it’s a good match.

Care is for one 3 month old baby boy.
Their infant son is happy, healthy, alert, and curious.

Dual working first-time parents.
Dad works from home full-time in a private home office and Mom has a hybrid role.

They have 2 cats — all candidates must be pet friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Standard Duties:
This role entails total and complete childcare duties and baby-focused tasks.
Standard nanny duties ensuring the home runs smoothly.
Light housekeeping and general tidying up will be needed, light errands (occasional grocery pick up).
Travel Requirements:
No travel is needed for this position.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:
Have a minimum of 2+ years of applicable, professional experience verifiable with references.
Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.
Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.
Proficient in English. Bilingual a plus!
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Are a non-smoker.
All standard vaccinations including flu and Tdap are required.
Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2 years of childcare experience with infants.
The ideal candidate for this role is polite, interactive, communicative and focuses on the educational aspect of the job.
Some college experience is preferred but not a requirement.
Compensation and Benefits
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $25 - $27/hr+. Based on the guaranteed hours for 6 months, this equates to a compensation of $17,100 - $18,468 for the 6 month contract.
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering accrued paid sick days and gas reimbursement for any driving on the job. No PTO or paid holidays for this short-term placement.
